The toolkit was planned around PINES site visits, to provide the following:
- A chart showing what to expect from us before, during and after your site visit
- A template for all to use in categorizing issues demonstrated during site visits
- A resources sheet for use anytime, but particularly before and during site visits
- A keyboard overlay with Evergreen shortcuts
- A doc describing how to capture a debug window to send to the helpdesk
- A doc showing how to create or copy a shortcut to your desktop
