GOLD Membership Compliance Materials 2008-09
Each GOLD Member institution must return their “Statement of Compliance” to the Georgia Public Library Service no later than June 1, 2009.

Your compliance statement will indicate that for Calendar Year 2008 (Jan – Dec) your institution adhered to the following membership requirements:
“GOLD members shall update holdings at least once a year to reflect materials acquired during that year, delete OCLC monographic and serial bibliographic records as needed to maintain their accuracy, and update (local holdings records-replacement for local data records 2/19/06) by adding new subscriptions and issues, closing out canceled subscriptions, and deleting records for discarded issues on at least a yearly basis.”
