The Director oversees operations of the library and the development and implementation of it programs, including assisting the Board with strategic planning and policy development; managing all library resources; developing and managing the Budget; creating positive public relations; supervising staff and volunteers; overseeing maintenance and safety of the library buildings and grounds; representing the library at Board meetings; and staying informed of developments in library management.
