A free 10-week Survival Spanish Class will be offered at the Athens-Clarke County Library beginning at 4 p.m. Sept. 19 in the small conference room, and continuing each Sunday from 4 to 5 p.m. through Nov. 28.
Each class will use simple conversation and vocabulary to help participants learn Spanish. Instruction will be helpful for travel, business and everyday situations. This course is free, open to the public and limited to 25 participants, ages 18 and older. Preregistration is required.
