Author Clyde Bolton at Athens-Clarke Library

Beloved sports writer Clyde Bolton will visit the Library discuss his newest book, "Hadacol Days: A Southern Boyhood." Bolton spent some of his formative years in Statham, Ga. as a Statham High School Wildcat, and his memories of growing up in a small Southern town in the 1940s are the subject of his book. Copies of "Hadacol Days" will be on sale in the Library Store on Tuesday, December 7 only, and Bolton will be available to sign copies after the discussion.
